its sounds like Hang man, in the game, everytime u get a wrong letter u add another part of a body...in this case the joke is saying if he/she saw an amputee getting hanged. he would just start calling out letters and the amputee would get a part of a body when the letter is wrong...

This joke originated in California of last year. It is based on the game hangman. Because u add a limb every time you get a letter wrong in the game. So if there is an amputee being hanged, thats what it means. It is very offensive.

I think becausee an amputee doesn't have limbs or I think he/she doesn't.. IDK
