They cannot advertise 100% pure beef if it isn't. If you can prove it isn't you have a lawsuit. I heard some yrs. back it was kangaroo meat. Dunno for sure, but I know it was nasty and dry. I never eat their stuff as I don't like it much. I don't care what it is, it's nasty.
As far as letting them sell it, if it can be consumed and they dont advertise it as anything in particular, it is not against the law.

Define fake please. You can prove that fast food restaurants are selling you fake beef/chicken etcetc I suggest you go to the FDA now. I would suggest you understand what you mean by fake though. Your failure to prove fake and you could be wearing some nice orange jump suits or nice black and white stripes.
