i don't really know what you would call it. i want to get my hair cut where its like kind of wispsy and different lengths at the bottom with side bangs. everyone calls it "emo", but whats it really called? the bottom part? is it fringe?

i'm not trying to be stereotypical either. i just describe it to someone, and they call me emo. just a girl trying something cute with her hair. if its layers, how many? 4?

The bottom part is called layers, and it's mot emo. YOu know whats funny? Emo is a type of music, emotive hardcore, but now everyones like, if you're depressed you're emo, and it makes people even more depressed. And who cares what "everyone" thinks? If you like it, go for it! And another thing, that style is really awesome and fashion forward, and I personally think that guys with good fashion sense and a sense of self are more attractive than guys who just follow the crowd, or fall behind it....One thing you would have to do though is straighten it unless you have naturally super straight hair. If it's curly, it will look stupid. Also, if you don't feel like straightening it, you can always blowdry it with a round brush and an anti-frizz serum or straightening balm. And you won't be labeled as "weak" if you actually care about your hair. It actually looks good, and will be labeled as a sign of maturity!

It is whatever yoo want it to be because it is your hair and you should get it the way you want,it sounds kool too me.
Puls they can say its emo and yoo just say"No,it is scene".

I just had to say that it saddens me to go as far as to put hair style into categories, whatever appeals to you, not your friends, I would go with.
