I don't stereotype guys at all, I hate being stereotypes as a girl and having guys tell me that I am; bitchy, manipulative, emotional etc etc just because I am a girl. I think that I am outside of that stereotype and understand that a lot of guys are outside the sweaty testosterone-fueled neanderthal sterotype as well.
I don't know about being in touch with your feelings, but I love it when guys are really in touch with who they are and what they're about. Really understanding what makes them tick and why they behave in certain ways. There's nothing worse than people who just don't think and who never perform self-appraisal.
I'm sure you'll meet lots of girls who will find you such a refreshing change. Just don't overdo it with the emotional talk early on.

To me, a guy TOO In touch with his feelings is deffinantlry a turn off. Things like being angry for not making the team or saying that he was embarresed because of something is okay, but if they morn for 6 months because their turtle died is very questionable and makes you wonder who exactly is the women in the relationship. And to me, and boy crying and bawling over the teacher yelling at him, is NOT sensitive but rather punkish.

Personally I would rather have a man in touch with his feelings and one that isnt afraid to express them. Its really pathetic when guys put on that macho act, and try to act all cool. Us ladies need to know what you fellas are feeling. Its great when two people can express their love for one another verbally.
If a woman doesnt hear the things she needs to hear, she will go elsewhere to hear it. Trust me.
As far as stereotyping.....as bad as it is to say.....there are very few good men around. Those that are around are usually taken and those who arent taken are usually gay. It sucks to be a lady. But yes, we know a few still exist. Its just frustrating for us. Understand we dont think all are the same egotistical, pinheads who only want sex but, your gender gives you a bad name automatically. The jerks far outweight the good guys. Therefore more than half are jerks. Leaving us to believe that all guys are asses.
You just gotta let yourself be known.....and as soon as we realize your a good one.....one of us will snatch you up and you will be taken too....lol
Good luck and just try to understand our perspective. Its nothing personal really.

Turn on definitely!!!!! And no I do not stereotype guys like that. I do know some guys that are like that, and I have to say it is a BIG turn off, especially if you're trying to be in a meaningful relationship with someone.

i personally like a guy thats a little sensitive. but as soon as he starts getting thrown off over the smallest things, thats too much feeling for me right there.
and the thing about all guys being the same maybe its true that they are NOT ALL the same, but there are a lot out there that are just messed up.

Im not really into the feelings type guys - maybe because Im not really too into that for being a girl I dont put up with it from a guy either. I dont want to discuss the relationship in profound ways or really be all mushy.

Overly sensitive guys turn me off but that's just me, and I don't stereotype. I just know that most guys have some sort of issue, one way or the other.

no a guy who expresses his feelings is a very sweet one unless you cry a lot, and pout, that can get annoying after awhile if it happens all the time. And i am one of those girls that sterotype, I can't help it, you get burned so many times you lose all hope and begin to think there isn't a decent guy out there (and yes i know "just looking in the wrong place" but i don't even look so please don't tell me that)

I think a woman wants a mixture of both. A sensitive man and a macho man. It is a turn on to have a guy who remembers special days and yet I want to see him work i the yard that is sexy too..
