Get out the cream cheese and chop some up to taste. Switch up the eggs and put in a skillet add small dollops of cream cheese, about 1oz to two eggs. Mix it in. Serve on toast.

Scrambled eggs aren't hard, they just take a little patience.

Beat them well with a little salt until frothy, melt butter (no substitutes!) into a pan on medium low, and add eggs. Cook slowly, stirring from the outside in ocassionally. Cook until most of eggs are cooked, but still a little wet, almost like a light "sauce".

Good scrambled eggs are great on their own, but if I'm going to add anything, I add softened cream cheese, some flaked smoked salmon (not lox), and chives.

Or if you don't have these things on hand, just over toast - more reason to keep them a little "saucy"!

Start with spraying a warm pan with Pam
cover bottom of pan with tortilla chips (restaurant ones are best)
add fresh salsas, (Less water in the fresh ones) and scrambled eggs.
Scramble all
When almost done throw in lots of cheese, cover to melt and serve, I'll bet you could add some chorizzo also. Wow, that is some fine food!

Not very unique, but we like what we call Chegs. Scramble eggs, put grated cheese on it, fold over. Makes a great omelete. Put some sour cream on it, get a tall glass of milk. I think I'll make some now!

I like to scramble 2 egg whites with 1 egg yoke. Once they are scrambled I top them off with low fat cottage cheese and Tapatio. It's super easy, fairly healthy and delicious!

My mom used to make "eggs with weenies and cheese"

Beat your eggs with a little pepper and milk
Slice up a couple of hotdogs
Shred some cheese

Pour eggs in a sprayed skiliet, put hotdog slices in and keep stirring until almost done, Add cheese, stir until melted and EAT!
