How do you know your pregnant after just missing one period?

Had unprotected sex with my friend but did not fully ejaculate. I am just wondering if I can be pregnant from that also.

Any amount of semen can get you pregnant, and how did he not fully ejaculate?
The only way you know after one missed period is to take a pregnancy test.
