Of course not. He was perfect. He didn't fart either. He didn't grow unwanted hair on his back side. Jesus was never subject to wet dreams. And Jesus never suffered from constipation. Those things are all caused by sin.

boils - i highly doubt but other ailments of a human male - i'm sure He did. the changing voice of adolescense to man - sure. pimples, if they existed back then - probably. not sure if those things are more the product of today's living though. since He was in the sun more then we are and ate a healthier diet, there is the great possibility that those things didn't really happen.
