First Time Flier and Is This a Good Deal?

My class is going to florida for 3 days, feb 17-20, sat, sun, mon, and tues. Were are going to fort myers, to see nature reserves there.

The Cost of the trip is 200 dollars, is that good?

And what things can I bring and not bring on the place?
Do I have to take my shoes off?
And how long would a trip to flordia take from upstate ny?

no liguids of any kind allowed no soda no water no gels it will make your check in easier

its a good price. you cannot bring weapons of any kind or liquids and gels over 3 ounces. you have to take your shoes at the security checkpoint, so wear socks. and the flight should be about 3-4 hours long
