It's an international organization. There are meetings in most cities. People join and they pay an annual fee, plus a weekly or monthly fee to go to the lunches (sometimes breakfast) which covers the cost of food. The members volunteer to help certain groups, and they run Key Clubs to teach values to high schools students.

Other similar organizations include Rotary and Lions Clubs. They're nice people: you can go to a meeting and check it out, and a member will sponsor you.
