She's a cute girl from another department at work, she's my age, she's kind of fun..........................but she pops pills and has a super annoying laugh. We've gone out a few times, but it's just not there for me. Am I judging too soon?

What exactly do you mean "she pops pills"? Do you mean like, narcotics? If that's the case she'll only drag you down. It won't help especially if she's way annoying.
It doesn't seem like you're judging her, just that you've got her 'figured out', that is, if you can figure a girl out.

I don't think that you are judging too soon. If you have gone out a few times and you feel nothing then nothings there. It doesn't seem like that she is the girl for you.

No.. You can tell if you want someone to be ur friend the 1st 10min you talk to them... I know some lke that i met and he was cool but after a while i couldnt even look at him he was soo freakin annoying.... but i hope u have better luck!

No u do not need more time together, thats stupid.
The chemistry should have been there the first time u met.. ur not gay or sum stupid **** like that.. she's just not ur type of gurl.. thats obvious by that fact that her laugh gets on ur nervs.

its normal..she laught like that showing that she is not hypocrite.
