I have a second hard drive on my computer and would like to upgrade to Vista, but the disk is Dynamic, as opposed to Basic. Will Vista be able to use the hard drive and will I be able to keep my files stored on it?

Should be OK. But wait until Vista SP1 is out before you jump.
