Probably not.

1) They have fur. Albiet translucent, it doesn't let a lot (if any) sun through to their skin.

2) Nobody's ever shaved a polar bear to find out if they tanned while they were in the sun -- at least, not that I know of. Nobody does that kind of mad science research. It's pointless...

It's not common knowledge, but polar bears are actually black. Their fur is comprised of semi translucent hairs which reflect the light, and take on the color of the surrounding ice on which they are commonly seen.

So even if one was to "tan", I imagine they'd still stay black, and look white.

Actually no. Polar bears have black skin and their fur refracts sunlight rather than absorbing or letting it through.

first off polar bears arent even white theyre black skinned. they have a dense clear fur that helps them hold in the heat.

no, but they are so incredibly adapted to polar climate that they roll in the snow to feel the fresh snow because it's too hot climate.

no sure doesn't! they are layered with a heavy white fur that helps them blend in with their surroundings. So no they do not!
