I've been battling with this for years, & chapstick doesn't work. I don't see anyone else running around here with dry lips.

you've got to try Cortibalm. Once you try it, you'll never go back to using anything else, honestly.

i've been answering any question about dry lips with this on Yahoo answers because it truly is a wonderful lip balm.

Ask for a free sample through the website by sending a SASE, and they'll send you a free sample in a foil packet.

After i got my sample and used it, i looked for it on Ebay and bought it for a pretty reasonable price.

I struggle with dry lips as well and found chapstick just doesn't do it. This winter I started using Burt's Beewax Lip Balm and it works great. You can get this at Walgreens and at health food stores.

I swear by Lip Smackers lip gloss. Apply it many, many times a day. Drink more water (at least 8 glasses a day). Try and stay out of the wind.

I had the same problem and I started drinking alot more water. Once I was more hydrated, my lips were not so dry.

Give it a try.
Good luck!

Try Vaseline. Have you spoken to your Dr. about it ? If you wear lipstick, keep a good moisturizing one on your lips all the time, that is if you are female.
I just looked in my medicine cabinet and I have Utter Creme in there, that is what they use to put on the chapped Utter of milking cows. We have used that before on our lips and it works well. In Texas I got it at Walgreen's Drug Store. Good luck healing.~~~

I just drink plenty of water to keep hydrated, and whenever I feel like my lips are too dry I just quickly run my tongue over them works for me as long as I stay hydrated.

you should try a different brand of chapstick. your lips are probably sensitive and get torn a lot, like mine. just use a lot of lip products....chaptstick, gloss, etc. it'll make a difference after a while

I have read that it can be caused by not having enough Vitamin C in your diet.

Maybe take a multivitamin for a while and see if it helps.

As always - maybe talk to a Dr. or go on webMD
