Several times. It gets a little slow in Numbers and 2 Chronicles.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I know I've read most of it, and pretty much everything that people refer to commonly. Certainly not once all the way through, though.
I'd guess 75-80%.

Yes I read it as a child, but that isn't the only reason I am an atheist.
