i have a round face & i plan to cut my hair short ppl say it wont look nice cuz i have a big face is that true

i currently have long hair, and accodring to many people they say round faces dont go good with short hair, i dont knwo what to do

Round faces look very cute and child-like with a short bob and bangs. Or even a medium length bob and bangs. That's what's cute about round faces the're like baby faces.

I have a round face also. I had long hair but cut it this morning, my reason for cutting it short was I always had it in a ponytail. So you could always see my whole face anyway. I've gotten alot of people saying it looks a lot better.

That is true, I ran into that same situation. I wanted to cut my beautiful hair, but I got alo of rejections because of my face shape. Anyone with a fat, cubby, or strongly featured face, shouldnt wear short hair. Short hair only looks really good on people with thin faces, in my oppinion.

go ahead and cut it. i have a round face too but i am letting my hair grow. oh and you know what i noticed? that partying my hair in anyother place other than the middle makes my head look super ultra round. thats just plain evil. so i part it down the middle. long hair is very beautiful and you are guaranteed to get compliments on your beautiful hair lenght so tahts even better. but go ahead and cut it rounds heads are cute :)

i have a round face, and one time a butcher (hairdresser) cut my hair too short. i cried for a while. it looked really bad.
i now wear my hair in long layers, and it slims the face.

BUT, it's your hair, and if you want it short, cut it. just ask the stylist what would suite you better. he/she can always cut a little (like layers), then if you say shorter, then cut it shorter. you can always take off, just can't put back on.

I agree with Chelle...
I think that if your got your hair done short, you would miss it, and it takes a long time to grow back. Perhaps in stead of cutting in short, just add shorter layers on top. Have fun with it! It usually turns out really cute on people!

I have the same problem. Short hair always makes my face look bigger. I wouldn't cut it. If you must, try cuttling some layers into your long hair instead of all one length short.
