I don't think you should cross the street to find out , if he is low enough to date a girl just out of a dare. He maybe looking at you for the same reason.

Don't go there he seems like trouble. If he doesn't have the decency to break up with this girl before hitting on you that is just to rude. Plus you wouldn't know if he'd do that to you too once you start going out. Plus if he's friends are anything to go by, by daring him to go out with a chick, they are bad news too. Just think if you were the girl he was "going out with" would you get upset if you found out it that this guy was only seeing you because of dare. See this from all angles before proceeding, so then if he does end breaking up with this chick and starts seeing you, you'll know already that he is a player and just likes the attention.

If you are one of the people that dared him to date her then the reason he is staring at you all of the time is because he thinks it is wrong to do someone like that.

okay first of all, he must have rude friends to trick a girl into thinking he likes her!..well if he talks to you a lot and he looks at you he might like yo but you'll just have to see what happens..from what i hear he may like you a bit..at least more than his girl friend.
