Sorry, you can't really force the laws of affection. If he doesn't want to go out with you, then that probably means no. But you can hang out with him maybe.

Move on!!!! If he says something like you not being good enough or something, don't change for him!!!! If you truly like him and really believe and know you have a chance with him, start out as friends and become closer. If there's no chance, find someone who likes you as you.
