cut all their hair off. When I was a baby I only had like 10 strands of hair my mom told me that her hairstylist told her to cut the little hair I had and it will grow nice. I know have long thick hair. My little niece also didn't have hair when she was a baby and my mom and I told her about what she did to me so she cut her hair and as a matter of fact she was 3 yrs old when she cut all of and know she is five and her hair is so Long and thick its beautiful.

If they dont have much hair by this age, then your probably teasing their hair too much. I say leave it alone until they get to the age when something absolutely, positively has to be done, and they start feeling self conscience.

Did they ever have a haircut? If not go to your hairdresser (or anyone you can cut hair well), tell them to trim their hair. Doing this allows their hair to grow thicker and faster!
