3 times a day is awsomeeee....love urself as much as possible even more than 3 times a day when ur in the mood dont do anything to stop urself. hey its healthy and pleasurable.

"normal" is gonna vary from person-to-person... most likely in the range of a few times a week to a time or two a day, but that doesn't mean anything when it comes to you. Some people can go for 8 times a day... just do what feels right to you and ignore the rest. :)
