The other patrons at the bar tell me it comes from a place called "Gringo Loco," but I can't find that store. Please help! It's really tasty!

Too funny. Cerveza is Spanish for beer. Gringo loco is 'crazy person here'! I think somebody is having fun with you.
However, if that's a real beer (I doubt it), I've never heard of it. Too funny.
EDIT: gringo loco is crazy person, not crazy person here. LOL It's been awhile since I've taken Spanish...
