Here's how to set up the equation in a fraction form that will work everytime. A percentage is always out of 100... remember that and you can figure these out easily.

$5 over x divided by 20 over 100. So...

5/x / 20/100. Cross multiply..... and you get 20x=500 and then you divide it out from there. 500 divided by 20 then gives you your answer of x=25. SO $25!
