Congestion?

I am a 14 year old male who is horribly congested. This has had the following effects:
Hard to stay awake
Horrible Sinus Headache (feels like a board of wood broke over my head)

Can anyone give me tips on how to cure the headache?

Mucinex was very effective in clearing up the congestion for me, and Tylenol helped the misery of existing until I got better. Get plenty of rest, and vitamin C. Good luck!
