I had a mastiff named after my mom and mother-in-law her name was maryMaria, they took the name well since we had a male mutt named after our dads DallasJoseph. One lesson learned the hard way think of how it would sound if you had to call it if it got lost, I was rather red faced calling our lost cat LoverBoy.
