How to make a cd not dvd using windows vista ulitimate iso?

Windows Vista will not install from a cd. The install files for windows Vista are just about 2.5 GB, and thus it would be a waste of time to even try to split that over 4 cd's. what i am trying to say is that it's highly impracticable and most people who buy vista already have dvd-rom's at least.

If you have a DVD-ROM then borrow someones External dvd writer, burn the image to DVD and install it using your dvd-rom.
