My husband's doctor told him to try Head&Shoulders (a dandruff shampoo) on his back. It contains salicylic acid, which works on acne.

Get a back brush ( any shower brush) get some Neutrogena Acne Wash or generic brand.. later up the brush & use it on your body. This is Salicylic acid also.

There are so many acne causes that there is not a simple answer. Do a little reading on the subject to find your cause.

There is no cure for acne, only treatments, which range from prescriptions, to OTC and natural. I've used zenmed which is not bad.
