Here are more details: Yes, there is surveillance camera and a security guard on watch, but he didn't even see anything. It happened to 5 more cars in that general area. I'm not planning to sue, it's just a question. I appreciate all your replies.

Not likely....It's an insurance matter.

it depends. if there was a no-liability sign when you pulled in, then likely no. if you paid to use it, and there was a guard, then maybe you do. also, if they state that it is a carpark that is under constant surveillance or something than you could have a case. or, if their employees were involved in the vandalism. that is about it.

otherwise, councils would be liable if you parked on the street and it was vandalised etc. cause technically they own the street. it is no more the casino's fault as it is your fault. you were the one who chose to park there. this is what insurance companies are for anyway. if there was a case against the casino, they would likely follow through on it - cause if insurance companies can find someone to blame, they will.

The casino parking management is liable for the vandalism if you paid for the parking area because they have a guard there who is supposed to secure the vehicles. The safety of the car is the purpose why you paid an amount in order to park.

Nope. It's your fault for parking there. Everyone goes to a casino to break into/vandalize cars, because there is typically valuable stuff in there.

Yes, even with those stupid liability disclaimers you have a case. They work like this 98 percent won't litigate and it saves them a lot of money, send a letter "registered" and demand the name of their insurance agency for liability, and send a copy of the incident report with the estimated damages, they in all probability will settle, and if not get an attorney.

Generally no. Unless their employees were somehow involved. Mostly parking is at YOUR risk, not the company that owns the lot.

The casino is not partially liable, they are completely liable.

Most businesses have signs saying they are not responsible for damages.....so no. You park there at your own risk.

no. i don't think that the casino is going to be held responsible for what happened to your car.

f it has signs saying "this area is under surveillance" then yes, and they should be able to see who did it also..

lol blame everybody else but yourself. they had no more responsibility to it than you did, so i think its kinda sad that youre thinking about suing them. i dont know if they could actually be liable or not
