Advantages:
1. No engines with moving parts - less wear and tear, less maintenance
2. Very quiet
3. No hazardous emissions, only water vapor
4. Fuel is renewable energy
5. Reduces reliance on foreign energy sources
6. Accidents actually have a lower chance of bodily injury than gasoline powered vehicles

Disadvantages:
1. Current infrastructure is set up for gasoline powered vehicles - no place to get hydrogen fuel in most places at this time
2. No place to buy fuel cell cars
3. Problems designing the hydrogen tanks to store enough hydrogen onboard
4. Lack of trained maintenance technicians
5. Cars are lightweight and might not stand up very well to impacts with gas guzzlers
6. Most ways of producing the hydrogen gas require energy use -- eats into the overall environmental benefit. Some hydrogen is actually produced from carbon-based fuel sources.

You can find a ton of information on the Internet, but these are the pros and cons off the top of my head.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars are a complete waste of our countries money and energy. They cost way too much to make which means that the cars are almost impossible for a middle class person to afford or get their hands on anyway. The Fuel Cell does not last that long either. You should really watch the documentary "Who Killed the Electric Car?" It should answer all of your questions about the fuel cell cars.
