Their was a resent killing of a young boy do to a foster mom in EDMONTON ALBERTA while he was under care Is their any way to change it , And did you know in 1986 BROOKS ALBERTA had the highest number of kids removed from their home .

these people can tell you if you are able to look after your own child and if they see fit they can and will take them from you, Even thow they have NO IDEA OF WHAT A PARENT IS BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAD ONE THEM SELFS , and instead they are endding up in homes like the one that little boy was killed this week in EDMONTON ALBERTA.

You must mean Protection Act? I think it's hard to get and keep foster parents and when the biological parents lose custody they get put into one of these homes that seems okay to the social worker. It must be very scary for a child to go into a strange home when you're so little. Maybe hidden cameras would be the answer.
