Try your local soup kitchen or mission. Homeless shelters and churches also look after people in need of meals. Good luck!

Go to an Olive Garden and complain about the food, service, ambience, anything. At the very least you'll get a discount but more than likely a free meal. Contact the corporate office and complain too, they'll send you a $50 gift card. That's the easiest restaurant to scam for free food.

Weddings (see 'wedding crashers')
Graduation Parties
"Open House" parties
Pot Luck dinners at Church
Any kind of university meeting (and there are all kinds for students) that happens around the noon or dinner hour
Happy Hour (some of them have free appetizers, no purchase of drinks required)

-----there are tons of places out there, these are just a few!

At the Salvation Army, soup kitchens, and wait for flea markets and other open air displays where foods are sold (as they usually either throw out the stuff or give it away!)

The same place you cancel your internet subscribtion. Seriously, if you really need free food you would be googling homeless shelters, not posting silly questions

Don't forget Sam's or Costco's on the weekend.

When they have all the free samples.

You might want to trade your internet bill and computer for food.

Just a thought.
