I wouldn't crowd my palate with alot of "other" things when it comes to Pasta or Ravioli, keep it simple and enjoy:

Mini-ravioli Parmesan

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups mini cheese ravioli
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup half-and-half cream

Bring the chicken broth to boil in a medium (8 or 9-inch) non-stick skillet.
When the broth is boiling, add the minced garlic and mini-ravioli.
Reduce heat to simmer, and cook, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or until the ravioli absorb ALL of the broth, but don't let ravioli brown.
(There should be nothing to drain).
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and oregano over the ravioli and pour in the half& half.
Stir gently until the parmesan melts and all the ravioli are coated with the parmesan/half& half mixture.
Remove skillet from heat and cover for about 5 minutes before serving.

You have like three meals in what you are listing. Ok, mix the ravioli with the pasta sauce and grill up the chicken with it if you want a meat, if not ravioli can be a meal all on its own. You can take the stuffing mix and mix it up per directions then put the pork chops on top and bake. For the potatoes poke several times, put in microwave to begin cooking then wrap foil around them and grill them along with your beef. If you don't use the chicken with the ravioli then chicken and rice is always a good combo. Use the onion and tomato to make a quick salad just add salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Good luck and have fun. For the veggies just serve them as side dishes with the meals.

I don't know if you have meat or cheese ravioli but typically you don't need much else just a salad or maybe a steamed vegetable. We like to have broccoli or California blend with it. Sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on the veggies.
As for your ravioli you have choices as to how to prepare. All are good so just decide, pair with salad and veggie and some warm crusty bread.
My family likes cheese ravioli with a meat and tomato sauce. We also like both meat or cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce. This is really good and different. Another way to prepare is to deep fry them. and dip in a tomato based pasta sauce. More calories but still good none the less. Good luck with your dinner and enjoy.Julie :)

Last week I made ravioli with tomato sauce and sausage... this week I made ravioli with tomato sauce and shrimp. What kind of tomato's do you have... fresh or canned? If you have canned email me and I will give you a tomato basil recipe that is good on pasta. Otherwise, you can just enhance the pasta sauce you already have... adding fresh tomato to it and onion. You can make it with any meat really, chicken or the beef. I like to serve pasta dishes with Caesar salads and garlic toast. Enjoy!

Saute the veggies and onions with seasonings, cook the ravioli according to the directions on the package, serve the ravioli with the sauteed veggies, add sliced tomatoes. You're good to go.

Cook the ravoli until it is almost done (the italians call this El'dente). Then layer it in a dish with pasta sauce and cheese, ending with the cheese. Usually it takes about a cup of grated cheese, but if you prefer more, go for it!! Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins, or until cheese starts to brown. Kids love this dish and it's easy to make and clean up!!! You can cook hamburger with it and add it to the sauce, it's really good that way!!

Fried Ravioli

Olive oil, for frying
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
1 box store-bought cheese ravioli (about 24 ravioli)
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 jar store bought marinara sauce, heated, for dipping

Pour enough olive oil into a large frying pan to reach a depth of 2 inches. Heat the oil over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 325 degrees F.
While the oil is heating, put the buttermilk and the bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Working in batches, dip ravioli in buttermilk to coat completely. Allow the excess buttermilk to drip back into the bowl. Dredge ravioli in the bread crumbs. Place the ravioli on a baking sheet, and continue with the remaining ravioli.

When the oil is hot, fry the ravioli in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried ravioli to paper towels to drain.

Sprinkle the fried ravioli with Parmesan and serve with a bowl of warmed marinara sauce for dipping.

I like to grill a chicken breast, then slice it up and serve it over the ravioli's with past sauce on both. Garlic bread goes well with just the ravioli and sauce. I also marinade the chicken in italian dressing before grilling. Good luck with your meal!
