The U.S. embassy in Iraq is larger than the Catholic church's headquarters. There is going to be some force to at least protect that. I think the larger force will leave in 2008.

It might take a half century or more, but it is conceivable that we will leave one day.
Korea is a good example. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and do what is in the interest of the US for the long haul. I don't understand why democrats can't wrap their heads around that concept.
