I make a chocolate cream pie that is really good. You use the kind of pudding you cook, but it will work with the instant kind too. Get a graham cracker crust, or you can make one (1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, mix together and press in bottom of pie plate, 8 or 9 inch pie plates work the best). Mix up the pudding and let it set up until it is almost set. Dump it into the pie shell and spread out evenly, then top with whip cream and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat, usually it's best to keep it in the fridge for a few hours. It's really good with chocolate chips sprinkled on the crust before you put the pudding in, or melt some and drizzle it either on the top, or on the crust before the pudding. YUMMY!!!!!!
Or, crush some graham crackers and layer in cups with chocolate pudding and whipped cream. Start layering with the crumbs, then pudding, then crumbs again, ending with the whipped cream. You can add as many layers as you want. This works really well for individual deserts.

Chocolate pudding pie!!!! Seriously, you can name it something fancy, but just put the pudding in the pie shell, and maybe decorate it up with things like cool whip, chocolate chips, etc.. and give it a fancy name.
