Ruby Tuesday serves there crab cake appetizer with a small tossed salad with the same dipping sauce as the dressing. It is excellent together.

Crab Cakes
Honey Dijon Sauce
1 servings
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 c Dijon Mustard
1/2 c Honey
Mix together.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Salad- I eat garlic bread and italian dressing

Salad is perfect! Try a mix of frisee (bitter) and mache (smokey) with a lemon vinaigrette! A chipotle sauce would be a nice touch too.
This is a variation of a crab cake appetizer from a place I worked. It was always a popular item and one of my favorites!

Soft boiled potatoes - boil potatoes until tender. Drain water. Stir in butter until melted and potatoes start to fall apart. Dress with parsley.
Cheddar bay biscuits - 2 cups bisquick. 1/2 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix together. Brush with melted butter combined with garlic salt and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.

Corn on the cob...french fries...salad...cole slaw...or just alone on a big bun with all the trimming of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo.
