it's hard to answer that right here, these could be manifestations of general fatigue or a manifestation of nutrient deficiency or anaemia ( this is the short list!). My advice is to do at least the following test: complete blood picture
CRP
These are good primary screening tools for any serious disease, if symptoms persist, u might need another consultation.
my guess, they're all stress related

I'd consider hypoglycemia first. Make sure you eat 5-6 mini meals a day combining a good protein with a low-glycemic food. There is plenty on the internet about the glycemic index.
Avoid sugar! It just causes your blood sugar to crash.
Also, take a multivitamin and mineral supplement with iron, to ward off anemia.
Insist your mother take you for a checkup, if she won't, go yourself.

You need a better diet-good foods like vegetables and meat. Eat 6 small meals a day instead of three big ones. see your physician.

do not listen to this hypoglycemia crap. the true dx of hypoglycemia is very rare and is difficult to dx ie lots of tests. sounds like u r not eating enough, or need to eat 6 small meals. you should not actually pass out, where you actually loose time. that is totally not normal, and needs to be checked out by your dr

You might have something wrong. It sounds like it could have something to do with your blood sugar levels. I would advise you have a physical exam and evaluation from a physician immediately.

You may have a blood sugar disorder - either diabetes or hypoglycemia. You do need to be seen by a dr. if it happens so much.

It sounds like you are either hypoglycemic or you have acid reflux or gastritis. I would place more emphasis on hypoglycemia. Google these conditions and see if your symptoms match up.
If YOU don't feel good, who is your mother to tell you that you are fine??
