speed of light is a lot faster than the speed of human nurves.. so by the time you get a frame from your eyes to your brain it has probably been millions of miles of traveling! but if you just want to imagine, assuming its unrealistic because nothing can travel at that speed, then your headlights will only brighten the sides of your ride .. the front of it wont be lit because light can not travel faster than your ride. light can never travel faster than c with respect to a still observant based on Einstein's laws. i trust that guy!

You might be able to see your headlights if you were going the exact speed of light, you would be traveling side by side with the lights possibly. If you were going just a bit faster than the speed of light you would not see it because you would be out running the speed of light.

To you nothing would be different, besides the fact that your traveling at the speed of light and your mass is gigantic. The speed of light is relative to you.

i heard this a while ago and the answer is thus

allthough you are traveling at the speed of light, the light emitted by your headlights would travel at the speed of light away from you, therefore the light from your headlamps would be traveling at twice the speed of light when viewed from something stationary

its like asking if i was traveling at 10 miles an hour and threw a ball at ten miles an hour how fast would the ball be traveling, answer 20 miles per hour

however you would only be able to see a blur as the human eye can only see things at a certain speed.

your tv actually shows you a series of still images but as you can only see things t a certain speed it apears to be a moving picture

if you took a highspeed camera and slowed everything down then you would be able to make out everything you went past

this is now getting a bit longwinded but in short..

the light from your headlamps would iluminate things but you would not be able to see them as they are going past too quickly...

would you even be able to switch on head lights if you were travelling that fast?

The comedian Steven Wright asked this same question years ago on a special he did on HBO. Back then, it had been part of his routine. It was a question that he asked a potential boss, and when the boss couldn't answer, Steven said, "Then, I can't work for you." So, yeah, I've heard this one before. A LOOONNNGGG time ago. (Back in the '80s).
