It just means that the shells have spinach in with the cheese. Cook them in a baking dish how the packaging says. With red, white, or cheese sauce would be good here.

Florentine simply means they have spinach in them. Cook them according to the directions on the bag, and serve with chicken.

Yep. Anything with Florentine in the name designates spinach to some degree.

put some spaghetti sauce in a deep baking dish, just a little to coat the bottom so they dont stick. then put the shells in, cover them with the rest of the sauce. throw some mozzarella over top and bake for about 40min or so, depending on what it tells you. i would cover them with foil until the last 5-10 minutes and throw a lttle more cheese on top.

Florentine means with spinach. I like it best with a cream sauce, Alfredo is readily available.

Florentine means with spinach and a cheese sauce. You can use a plain old alfredo sauce, or you can zip it up with a bit of asiago cheese or gorgonzola.

Use a nice marinara or bolognese sauce over the top. Serve with a nice Caesar salad and garlic bread.
