Older men...You like tools?

My BF is a contracter and an assitant Chef, I want to get him something awesome for Valentine's Day...
I thought of getting him a knife set...any ideas of which one is the best? Also for the tools in carpentry...what would you suggest. We just bougth snips and I thought of maybe getting him a great tool belt? Suggestions?

You sound like a sweet girl, good idea, I wish I knew what brand to tell you, ask someone who works with him. Most men do like tools!
