Find somewhere away from all your friends and all your electronics. Sometimes its the library, sometimes its under a stairwell, sometimes its over a friends house. You just need a quiet place where there is nothing but you and the work. Go to that place for like 3 to 4 hours a day (you can split them up). And if you don't waste your time sitting and looking around, you should see an improvement in your work ethic. If you still can't get it together, then maybe there is another problem and you should seek counseling.

library with no phones, internet, friends, etc. just you and the paper. you have no choice but to do hw. or if there is a study class like a workshop add it and attend it because if you dont then you wont pass the class. there you can do hw and study. if you are a freshman make sure these bad habits go away because they will catch up to you.

You need to start replacing activities such as tv, video games, hanging out, etc. with HW. Sometimes drastic measures are necessary. Remeber, it's school and success comes with sacrifice. I recommend doing your homework right after class. If not, then right when you get home. The sooner the better cuz the info is fresher in your brain and easier to recall.

Yes, organize your time and use it efficiently. Set aside a time, like right when you get home from college, and sit down and do it. When I was in high school I used to come home, sit right down, and do it. I'll be a bit more busier in college, but I'll still set down an hour or two a night to do homework.

You have to remember that this isnt highschool, no one is gonna be on you to do your work, if its late it will be a zero, and you will need to do it to keep up. I know that they dont give homework to kids anymore, which is gonna make it hard for you to get in the habit of doing it. You are just gonna have to make a schedule, and stick to it. Its called priorities, and homework and studying is, partying and tv isnt.

Find your local military recruiter's office and become friendly with your soon-to-be-new-boss.
Motivation comes from within, or will be provided for you from without. The difference is, you get to pick your motivation when it's internal.
