Call the dentist and have them put you on an antibiotic that isn't affected by alcohol if you are gonna drink for sure. Alcohol neutralizes some antibiotics.

No. Take the medicine prescribed just like it says. The antibiotics need to be fully in your system to work. I would wait and drink another day after all my antibiotics are all gone. You will defeat the purpose in the first place, and may have to start all over again if you mess up. I would wait. I had all 4 molar's taken out 3 at one time, and the pain and the infections are no joke. I stuck to my routine of meds to get it over and done with safely. Be safe.

Don't mess around with prescriptions for antibiotics. Doing so trains bacteria to be resistant to the drugs. Go through the whole regimen - your health is worth it.

Don't fool around with anti-biotics. Take them as prescribed until they are gone. You could end up with a worse infection if you don't kill off this one. Skip the drinking for a weekend. You'll survive.

No. Your infection can become stronger and be harder to fight. Drinking will lower your immune resistance and the effectiveness of your antibiotic.

No..please don't stop taking them. Antibiotics are very important to take as scheduled..that's how they beat the bacteria.

If it is infected, I would recommend you take your antibiotics as prescribed until they are finished.
