B.
In Communication Feedback is a return message. It can verbal or non-verbal. If the feedback is verbal then not only is it feedback but it starts what most theorist term a new communication episode and becomes a message. This is why this model is so limited when discussing interpersonal Comm because it is hard to say when feedback is feedback and when it becomes a new message.
For the record in Communication "interference" is anything that stops the message from reaching the receiver whether it is external (an airplane overhead) or internal (strong beliefs that make it impossible for people to hear the message, aka defensive listening). So yes microphone feedback could be interference in some circumstance but thats not how the term "feedback" is used in Comm.

Definition # 1
Feedback: what happens when an audio input (microphone) and output (speaker) are close together, so what is coming out of the speaker is going into the microphone and back out the speaker & into the microphone, over and over at the speed of sound. That's when you get a high pitched squeel when a speaker is turned too high.
Definition # 2 (quoting source)
Feedback: The process of communication whereby a person can disagree, ask a question, repeat information for understanding, or otherwise talk back in the communication process.
Definition #3
Feedback: A comment or response from somebody about some product, service, or interaction. For example, you get feedback from customers about a product you sell (positive or negative feedback).

Depends. If this is electronic communication, feedback can be classified as that aweful squeal you get when two walkie-talkies are too close together, or a microphone is too close to a speaker. This is because these devices use amplifiers, which are delicately tuned devices. It is their natural tendency to want to oscillate and doing this creates such an opportunity. So it COULD be D

This really depends on the type of communication you're referring to. Feedback in an email communication means that you are requesting a response, such as; "what is your 'feedback' on this memo." Now feedback in broadcasting is what you call "a type of interference." Feedback in broadcasting is usually caused by EMF (electro-magnetic-interference) and/or RFI (radio-frequency-interference).

All or none of the above, really. I feel it is giving someone your thoughts and feelings about what they said or did. I think your multiple choice is slanted as though you have a problem with people giving you feedback.
