Even though impulses would lead you to believe that doing so would have no repercutions, the actions that you take now will catch up with you later especially since this pearson is a co-worker. You have no idea what kind of advantage this person would have over you if you go through with it (blackmail among other things.) My answer would be NO

First of all, question her intentions. I know guys dont ususally think of the consequences of sex but think about it Why is she asking for it. And most importantly why is she asking it from you?

Has she asked other male colleagues about this before too? Is she having problems with her spouse( if she is married), or boyfriend? Are you attached? If you do, think of the consequences of having sex with another, wouldnt that jeopardize the relationship you've built with your partner?

Perhaps you're single, but still it sounds to good too be true. I'm sure you're feeling it too which is why you're asking the question.
She could charge you for sexual arrassment for all you know so be really careful of your decision. That could jeopardize your job too.

A married guy and a married woman (not to each other) got caught kissing each other in an empty hospital room. She ran immediately to HR (human resources for you liberals) and cried sexual harassment. He got fired. End of story. So much for "equal rights" and so much for the videos about sexual harassment that our company forced us to watch. In those videos it was always a white guy sexually harassing or being a racist. In the case of this guy who got run off he was a black man. Wonder if that will ever get put on a video???

Does the girlfriend work for the company? Is the lady asking you to do this your supervisor? I would weigh all odds before jumping in the sack. If you find no potential workplace problems, then do it. Be careful though.
