I would want you to have a babysitter's course, first aid and infant/child CPR.

I would want you to have infant/child CPR and possibly first aid. A babysitter's course is a nice touch, but someone with good experience who's smart might even be better than someone with a babysitter's course.
Of course, if you really want to impress everyone, take all 3, nothing wrong with it. If I'm not mistaken, the Red Cross babysitter's course packages all 3 together, not sure, check it out.

Yeah I agree with the lady above, I would want someone who has had CPR classes and babysitting courses and what not. Right now I wouldn't let anyone that isn't an adult watch my son, I don't know if it is just an over protective mother thing or what.

I would let you babysit during the day if you took the Red Cross Babysitting Course. They offer it at most local hospitals. Since you have experience you'll pass with flying colors and maybe even learn a few new techniques. Good Luck!

It depends on if I know you, and trust you. If you were someone that I did not know, or even know the parents then prob not. If I knew your mother or father and they said you were really good then I would prob have you babysit for a hour or so. If I knew you and trusted you then yes most likely.
