Dead or alive?
If Dead: People usually dont move at all and the flesh becomes watery and bloddy and smells really bad... and you can see the worms growing up inside this soup.
If Alive: My grandmother said that people with worms dont grow fat because the worms eat the food that the person eat. If that is true maybe is time to fight the fat on people with a new method: the wormitherapia.

What kind of worms? There are several...
Some cause Elephantiasis, large abnormal swelling. Others you will not know that you have, until one crawls across your eyeball, causing irritation. Others you will see in your stool.
The most common symptom would be fatigue due to lack of nutrition (worms in your digestive system).
