A quick question for all high school graduates...?

If you took chemistry, how good were you at it and how much (in the long run) did you REALLY need it later?

that makes me feel so much better. I am a junior and I am stressing so much over the fact that chem does NOT come easy to me and I know I will never do anything in my life associated with it again!

I took 3 years of chem in high school. Advanced chem was fine--I got a B. AP chem was a different story. I had to re-take it the second year because i got a C first semester and a D second semester. I received a B when I repeated the class. Most of the info is not useful in everyday life, although it is kind of fun to know how all the reactions work in everyday life.

I took chemistry my junior year in high school and actually enjoyed it. I got an A in the class but since I don't use it in my current job I hardly remember anything I learned.

Honestly, I took it in high school and I had to take advance chemistry classes in college, I don't use it at all.Sure it helped me to understand why things happen in a certain way, like electolytes in the body, but it really did not make that big of a difference.

I made As and Bs in Chemistry and I do use some of the things I learned in basic chemistry and organic chemistry. Not the physical chemistry though. I never did really understand differential equations.
Whether you will use the things you learn in chemistry class will depend on what your vocation will be later.

I was an A student in chemistry, and honestly, because of the Major I went into ( business mgmt ) I really never used it. Its good if you're going into medicine though. :)

I took chemistry and I didnt like it. I dont use it at all. I cant apply anything I learned in class to daily life.

i was not really good at it..i got a "C" in the class..but i honestly can tell you i havent used it since..i dont know why we needed to take that clas..it is a HS requirement.
