I've seen it spelled a few different ways, and I know Latin is a dead language, but there has to be someone out there who knows. For those who don't know the line I'm speaking about, it's translation in English is: in the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit. A few examples of the spelling that I've seen are [and separated by parentheses]: (In nomine Patris, Et Filii, Et Spiritus Sancti), (In nomine Patris, Et Fili, Et Spiritus Sancti), (In Nomeni Patri, Et Fili, Spiritus Sancti). PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! I find that the first of my examples is most commonly known as "the correct spelling."

"In nomine Patris, Et Filii, Et Spiritus Sancti" is the best. The last one seems to be a typo of 'nomine' and 'patris', cause those are definitely wrong.
While 'filii' is strictly correct, it's not all that uncommon for the double-i to be dropped, as in your second example. Still, the first one is definitely the right one.

I believe the correct way is "In Nomeni Patri, Et Fili, Et Spiritus Sancti"

The first one is correct. (This is the preferred version.)

The second one is also technically correct, as the genitive of words ending in -ius will occasionally be declined without the second i.

The third one is just plain wrong. Nomine is misspelled and patri is dative, not genitive. I suspect they did it to match the second declension -i endings of filii and sancti, but it is a third declension noun and the genitive ends in -is.

The word filius is declined under Exceptions (both forms of the genitive are given):
