i doubt you'll get a proper answer here without putting your country,age,driving and insurance record,insurance company and type of policy,type of license etc.the only other answers you'll get are from ppl trying to make out they know everything.without thes details it's impossible to say.i suggest ringing info.at your insurance company.you would have to have very good grounds to fight it.in my opinion if i was guilty i would except it if i wasn't guilty no way jose.

i live in aus.but i think?if you done it just wear it because it would be cheaper and easier.i doubt very much that it would affect your insurance,unless it caused an accident.easy for me to say though i'm not in the situation.someone else may have an answer based on more detail.
