i like a boy that has a girl friend & i kow if i ever want to go out with him i need to get rid of his girl friend but i just dont kow how

If they are really happy, then don't get in the picture. But if not, go for it. Why let him settle for that when you know what you can give him is even better.

Well, how much does that boy like that girl? It's never right, or a wise decision, to break up a happy relationship. It's possible that the boy would later down the road end up resenting you for taking him away from something he didn't have a problem with.
But if the two are unhappy, then by all means, you should just let him know you're interested, but not interested in seeing him behind that girl's back. You wouldn't want her to find out and there be some kind of conflict between the three of you. Tell him if he's unhapy, then to let her go and try something new with you.

i hate to be rude but you might want to move on or at least wait until he doesnt have a gf becuase if u gett inbetween them its only going to start a girlfight between you and his gf. so just wait ...

You don't wanna get involved in anything like that.
But if you're certain you wanna do it, maybe you could talk to the guy about the girlfriend... if he mentions her faults you could capitlise on that and try to pry them apart... I dunno.
