yes it can be done but there are a few things that hinder this...
it is usually illegal cus you have to hack things
if you do succeed in doing this it wouldnt be reliable for everyday use.
it has been done before but it is not for the light hearted and is far to much work when you could just by a mac.
why you want to do this boggles my mind since Microsoft is
superior
if you really like mac just for its looks i reccomend linux it is free and really quite easy to install

Linux is the closest thing you can get. PC's can barely run their own OS. If you like Mac's, I'd get one. Then you can run both on it.
