No, the US did NOT Nuke Tokyo. We nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Iranians should think about that before trying to provoke us. Just because the US hasn't used nukes since WWII doesn't mean we won't use them in the future if we see a need. We still have a fully capable arsenal of weapons that Iran wouldn't be able to defend against. Reagan should have finished the job 27 years ago, we wouldn't be dealing with terrorists today if he had.

No. We nuked Hiroshima, then Nagasaki, to force the end of the Second World War. Had the bombs not been dropped, 1,000,000 soldiers, not including naval support ships would have landed a few weeks later, in what would have been the bloodiest, and most brutal phase of the war.
