THERE IS DISTRIBUTION COST. THE BIGGEST DETERMINING FACTOR IS STATE AND LOCAL TAXES THAT WHERE YOU YOUR BIGGEST GAS PRICE DIFFERENCES OCCUR.

Local and state taxes are what makes the local average gas price and the different business compete with eachother by either lowering or raising the prices by just a few cents as needed.

gas is all based on government taxes it is a money grab. the price of crude oil means nothing taxes taxes government bullshit
